The house is comprised of four bedrooms and three full baths.

The King Room is a master suite featuring a king size bed, full bath with a walk-in shower, and an amazing view of the pool.

The Queen Room is a master suite offering a queen size bed and a full bath with a mobility-friendly roll in shower. The doorway entrance to this room is 35.5" wide. The doorway entrance to its private bathroom is also 35.5" wide. The bed height is 29".

The Big Twin is a bedroom with two twin beds.

The Little Twin has, you guessed it, two twin beds. The doorway entrance to this room is 35.5" wide. Each bed height is 25". This room is directly across from the hall bathroom.

The hallway bathroom is a full bath equipped with a double sink and a shower/bathtub combination. The doorway entrance to this bathroom is 35.5" wide.

All bathrooms are fitted with new shower heads and fixtures.

You'll find contemporary fans installed in all four bedrooms. They are remote control powered and will spin to keep rooms cool in the summer and reverse spin to maintain heat in the offseason.

The kitchen has a 30" space between the island and the main countertop. The space between the island to the wall leading to the bedrooms is 38.5".

You came here to OBX to enjoy the beach and the Currituck Sound. At Tres Aguas, you can walk to two beach access points, each is 1.5 blocks away. Check out our map.

Our large, heated saltwater pool is refreshing after a day on the beach or enjoy swimming when the waves are too rough at the beach. The pool maintains a temperature of 80 degrees all day long.

The pool depth ranges from 2.5' to 6'.

The spacious pool deck is furnished with chaise lounges, chairs and a full table to share meals poolside.

Try our new private, outdoor shower with bench seating for changing. Of course it's equipped with both cold and hot water!

The front screened porch offers spiffy Adirondack chairs to sit and enjoy your morning coffee.

Our mobility-friendly entry ramp is helpful for walkers, wheelchairs, luggage, and bringing in the groceries. There is a 4" step from the deck into the front door. It's low, but it is still an obstacle that we want you to know about.

A 22" Weber grill with the attached side table helps with outdoor cooking.

The Cottage
Tres Aguas is located on a half acre lot, set back from the street. It has four bedrooms, six beds, and three full baths. The private, fenced in backyard includes a large saltwater pool. It was renovated in 2021 for multi-generational guests to enjoy the ease of one-level living, ramp access, and handicap friendly features.
