Tres Aguas is a Friday to Friday rental In-Season.
Friday Check-In at 4pm
Friday Check-Out at 10am
A tax rate of 12.75% will be applied to all rental rates. It is comprised of the NC sales tax 6.75% plus the 6% Dare County occupancy tax.
The refundable security deposit is $300.
Linens, bath towels, and beach towels are included at no additional cost.
The heated pool opens in April and closes in October.
No pets allowed.
No smoking of any kind, including vaping.
Tres Aguas is limited to a maximum number of 8 guests.

OFF-SEASON RATES: SEPT 24 - JAN 2
Tres Aguas moves to a nightly rate with a 3 night minimum, starting on September 24th. Reservations are available from now until January 2, 2022.
Nightly Rate:
$300 Mon-Thu
$400 Fri-Sun
Nightly Rate: Holidays
$500 per night
Thanksgiving: Nov 19-28, three-day minimum
Christmas and New Years: Dec 17-Jan 2, three-day minimum
